The Fostoria Coin Club met
Old Business:
New Business: Secretary Hopkins told about reading an
article in the
Bruce Hanny asked questions about wheat pennies and their
mint marks that Layton Shultz was able to answer.
President Brandeberry read a letter from Todd James,
executive director of the Fostoria Chapter of the American Red Cross, offering
to give a 15 minute presentation about the Red Cross services. Members felt
that since it was not coin related we would not respond to the letter.
Meeting was adjourned by Garry Phelps and Emily Rivest. Phil
Warrington conducted a 23 lot auction, in the absence of Dave Moyer. The junior
door prize was won by Levi Brandeberry and the senior door prize was won by
Betty Houser. The next meeting will be July 21,
